Audio and Video Windows Media Player allows you to play Windows Media, .avi video, and .wav sound files. The latest Windows Media Player can be downloaded free from Microsoft.com. Almost all of the multimedia files on this site will play in this tool. QuickTime allows you to play (.mov) files. It can be downloaded for free from Apple. Viewing Online Documents In order to view any of our documents online you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. A Note About Web Browsers This web site is best viewed in a recent version of Microsoft Internet Explorer (at least 5.0) or Netscape Navigator (at least 6.0). The best experience can be had by simply downloading the latest version of one of these two browsers. Both are free, and will make many of the other web sites you visit look and work better - especially if you are using an early version of Netscape (4.8 or lower). Please note: The vast majority (well over 95%) of people browsing the web today use a recent version (IE 5.x or 6.x, or NN 6.x or 7.x) of either Microsoft Internet Explorer, or Netscape Navigator. In order to cut costs and provide the best possible viewing experience for our users, this site has been developed and tested with this in mind. Microsoft Internet Explorer Download from: http://www.windowsupdate.com Internet Explorer is part of the Windows operating system, so you probably already have a version of it on your computer if you use a PC. Even so, visit the Windows Update site via the link above to make sure you have the latest version and all available patches and fixes. Netscape Navigator Download from: http://channels.netscape.com/ns/browsers/download.jsp Navigator has been greatly improved since the old 4.x series of browsers. Many sites (including this one) may not work properly or will be extremely slow to render pages unless you have upgraded to one of the newer (6.x, 7.x) versions of this browser. Visit the link above to download the latest version of Netscape Navigator. Navigating the Site There are three ways to navigate our site. 1. Navigation The main navigation for the site is located on the top of all interior pages and in the middle of the front-page. Each interior page also has its own sub-navigation, which can be found on the purple bar below the header graphic. 2. Search If you are looking for specific information, the search feature will allow you to find content containing just the info you want. 3. Sitemap The sitemap page is a table of contents for our entire website. Site Powered by "IntraView" |
